President
 Lt Gen GS Grewal PVSM (rtd), Armoured Corps, commanded a field Army. M Sc in Defence Studies from Madras University. Held prominent appointments and carries vast experience in management of human resources. Fond of reading and riding. An ardent outdoor type is committed to the welfare of the Indian peasant. Has a vision for rural progress and modernisation.

Vice President and General Secretary
Maj Gen APS Chauhan (rtd), Corps of Engineers, has a wide experience in combat and technical fields, operational and combat engineering missions in war and peace. An alpinist and also trained at Swiss Federal  Institute for  Snow and Avalanche Research. Trained in evaluation of examination systems NCERT.  FIE, BSc, MSc Defence Studies from Madras University. Erstwhile adviser to the Chief of Army Staff. Glider Pilot and Ham.

Vice President (Education) and Treasurer
Capt Vishwakant Panday (rtd), Artillery,  Carries vast experience in education and is managing three schools of International standard with balance on own traditions and culture . Is ardently committed to war widow’s children’s education.  Has insight to youth development and grooming. Committed to rural progress with thrust on education. Presently adding one more school in his native village.
Maj Gen SP Aul (rtd), Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, carries a vast experience in technical management of advanced equipment. Consultant to major public sector units. Interested in promotion of scientific aptitude.
Col VPS Chauhan (rtd), Parachute Regiment, specialist in alpine skills specially skiing. Erstwhile principal of mountaineering school at Gulmarg Kashmir.

Col Brajendra Singh (rtd), Corps of Engineers. A keen and ardent writer in the English language. A prolific writer of fiction.

Dr Maj Meeta Singh (rtd), Specialist in medicine. Committed to women’s health in rural India. A research scholar who runs her own clinical centre after taking premature retirement from the army.

Brig HS Chaudhary, Artillery. Dedicated to social service and study of medieval India. An ardent reader and analyst. Is Vice President for Welfare and War Widows matters.

Wing Cdr Gautam Guha, a dedicated social activist.

Capt Manmohan Kumar a military doctor now an NRI in the US. An ardent patriot with deep interest  in   affairs at home and  the institution. Has created an NRI soldier league forum which is very active and keeps abreast of our activities and   matters related to Services and Defence
